To get a marriage license in Pima County, an engaged couple must appear together at the Pima County Clerk-Recorder’s office, and each must present a photo ID. The license, valid throughout Arizona, costs $72 (cash, money order or credit cards only) is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. No blood tests or health certificates are required, and there is no waiting period. The minimum age for obtaining a marriage license in Arizona is 18.
