To obtain a marriage license in Pima County, an engaged couple must appear together at the Pima County Clerk-Recorder’s office, and each must present a photo ID. The license, which is valid throughout Arizona, costs $72 (check or money order only) and is good for one year from the date of purchase. No blood tests or health certificates are required, and there is no waiting period. The minimum age for obtaining a marriage license in Arizona is 18.
