While each ballroom -- Copper, Crystal, or Turquoise -- can be reserved individually, they can be combined to form an immense 20,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom. The technical team at the Convention Center offers the skills and equipment to effortlessly present a couple’s courtship videos, showcasing their lives leading to the wedding day.
The softer side of this reception site lies in the expansive catering menu, which truly offers something for everyone. Imagine butler-passed smoked salmon-stuffed bouche, chipotle pepper tartlets or spinach and goat cheese flatbreads that will wow your guests. Buffets, plated meals, and “action stations” are available, as well as carving stations. How about a fish taco station, pasta station and quesadilla station to offer something for everyone? Delicious. The diversity of the menu choices will satisfy the most demanding couples. An optional “sustainable menu” features organic and locally produced selections such as grilled petite buffalo tenderloin, smoked free-range chicken with three-cheese polenta, local organic fruit and berries and rainforest alliance certified coffee.
