To obtain a marriage license in Pima County, an engaged couple must appear together at the Pima County Clerk-Recorder’s office, and each must present a photo ID. The license, which is valid throughout Arizona, costs $50 and is good for one year from the date of purchase. No blood tests or health certificates are required, and there is no waiting period. The minimum age for obtaining a marriage license in Arizona is 18. Underage couples must be accompanied by both parents or legal guardians.
