You are with other like-minded people and there’s definitely a team effort feeling to this style of workout. I have personal experience with bootcamps and I can tell you, there’s nothing to be scared of. The trainers are understanding and knowledgeable, the group is working toward a common goal, and if you stick with it, you will feel stronger and healthier.  Will you lose weight and tone up? Here are a few solutions that have been tested by us personally so you are getting the best kind of advice: girlfriend to girlfriend.

1. I admit I was nervous about Shobha Sugaring. The box and contents were appealing enough but the instructions made my head spin so I tucked it away and never touched it, until recently.

I self-manage my upper lip hair so I have experience with at- home waxing. It’s a bit messy and painful but I do it in the name of vanity.
