Writer's Guidelines

Phoenix and Tucson Bride & Groom magazines are upscale, comprehensive wedding publications geared to couples and their families who are planning weddings in Maricopa and Pima Counties. Our readers number over 24,000 engaged couples in these regions, a number that is steadily increasing.

Phoenix and Tucson Bride & Groom magazines publish twice yearly—January and June. The magazines’ editorial calendars are established several months in advance of each issue. Articles are 5-10 percent freelance written. Payment varies.

Submission Policies

Please don’t send unsolicited stories. Query first so we can be sure your topic is a fit for one or both of our magazines. Also, please send a proposal letter, which includes a bit about your writing experience, and two or three writing clips, preferably clips about bridal, fashion, catering or other lifestyle subjects.
